Facilities

Our 4,000 square foot Grand Ballroom was renovated in 2015, and can be divided from the large single room into two or three smaller rooms of 1,350 square feet, or 2,700 square feet, depending on the size of the event. The large connecting patio overlooks the golf course and has a large, covered area, perfect for cocktail hours, and an open area popular for wedding ceremonies. Our 750 square foot Fireside Room is just off the main entrance way and provides a more intimate setting for small business meetings, dinners, showers, and other events that lend themselves to a smaller venue.

Couples seeking a wedding in a beautiful rural setting, while maintaining the convenience of nearby hotels and local vendors in Portland, Maine, should look no further than The Woodlands Club in Falmouth. We offer a striking Grand Ballroom, with sweeping views of our surrounding golf course. The Ballroom features sparkling crystal chandeliers in the coffered ceiling, plush carpet, and comfortable banquet seating, making it an elegant space to host your special day. With an adjoining covered patio and bar area, perfect for a cocktail hour, our patio stretches from beneath the awning allowing for ample outdoor ceremony space.
