The Woodlands Club proudly offers a 5,000 square foot fitness facility designed for our members. In addition to our fully equipped cardiovascular and strength training areas, we have three studios where we hold scheduled group fitness classes, including Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Step and Strength programs.
Personal training is provided by a knowledgeable, veteran team and offered year-round. While certain group classes are offered year-round, it is really during the fall, winter and spring seasons that the center is bustling with a steady variety of classes for all tastes.
Our Fitness Center features a wide array of equipment to suit your fitness needs. We offer a variety of treadmills, ellipticals, stepmills, rowers, stationary bikes, and recumbent bikes featuring top of the line equipment from Matrix, Cybex and Precor. In addition, we also have a wide selection of free weights and a complete strength line from Matrix.
Massage Therapy
Our on-site massage therapy services provide 30, 60, & 90-minute sessions, helping you recover, relax and recharge, all without leaving the Club.
